2.8 To protect your JRE Account keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your Google Account. Try not to reuse your Google Account password on third-party applications. If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or Google Account contact Joanna Real Estate’s dedicated support staff immediately.
3. Products & Prices
3.1 Since we are continuously developing and upgrading our products and service any technical non-technical specification including but not limited to web pages reports tables figures images videos or audios of any products of joannarealestate.com.cn may be altered or completely changed in formats and contents without a prior notification either online or offline.
3.2 Prices listed on joannarealestate.com.cn or provided by any representatives of joannarealestate.com.cn are subject to change without a prior notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through jrechina.com is done at each User's sole discretion and risk and each User is solely responsible for any damage to jrechina.com’s computer system or loss of data that may result from the download of any such material.

6.1 Where JRE (Joanna Real Estate) has provided you with a translation of the English language version of these Terms of Use then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of the Terms will govern your relationship with JRE (Joanna Real Estate).
6.2 If there is any contradiction between what the English language version of these Terms of Use says and what a translation says then the English language version shall take precedence.
